Hotel Papi - Malgrat de Mar

The downstairs bar area was lovely.

The air conditioning was ineffective, only providing a fan-like breeze. The staff's rudeness and the unpleasant smell in the rooms contributed to a very disappointing atmosphere. With such high prices, I expected much better accommodations and service.

Spacious room with balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet included and very rich (although not of very high quality). Sensational price-performance ratio

I don't want to spend my holiday there, but for 1 night it was hard to be okay

Thanks to the very helpful staff everything was well-maintained. Its location in Malgrat de Mar was particularly good, next to the spectacular plaza, a nightclub, and white balustraded subway...

Warm staff, cold showers

Always smiling and accommodating. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool area was pristine.

Sadly, the shower temperature was a constant battle. It was either too hot or too cold. We also faced unexpected charges for amenities like the hairdryer, which left us frustrated .

According to the website there should be parking available. I called to reserve, but it turned out that this facility was not yet available.

My kids wished for more variety in kids' meals.

It was just a top selection for a holiday in Malgrat de Mar with great value-to-price ratio. The food was surprisingly flexible. We could have our evening meal anytime between 1 PM and 9 PM, nice after a long day at the beach. Make sure to explore local dining options if you want more variety.

Fantastic atmosphere to unwind by the beautiful pool area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby beach.

The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the various activities organized daily. The food offered was diverse and satisfying, catering to all tastes. Absolutely a good stay at Papi.

liked everything, but shower design could improve.

We had a good stay at Hotel Papi with its clean pool area and charming ambiance, reminiscent of cozy French seaside retreats. My daughter enjoyed the engaging kids' entertainment while I appreciated the diverse meal options, though I did miss some extra variety toward the week’s end.

We enjoyed the great location near the beach, and the pool area was clean with ample sunbeds. The bar area had lovely drinks, and the entertainment provided a fun atmosphere.

The room was small and felt outdated, made our stay less comfortable.

On the upside, the food was fresh and diverse, lots to choose from!

The staff were great, especially the bar team who remember your orders. The pool area was well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds available was nice. The rooms felt small for a family, and the breakfast spread lacked variety compared to the other meals offered. The need for a prepaid drinks card for dinner was inconvenient, detracting from the overall experience.

Great pool vibes with fun dining options!

I loved chilling by the pool. It was really clean and never crowded. The themed dinners were awesome, particularly enjoyed the Italian night! The room was kinda cramped was good. A solid experience with really cute staff.
